Done with sgd, doing something different
Yayy no more braces!
So, I did pretty bad yesterday. & I’ve decided that I’m not gonna do the SGD anymore, I’m just gonna replace 1 meal a day with egg whites and another with some kind of vegetable (under 100 calories). Sounds dumb but it’s worked for me in the past when I was at my goal weight, and I maintained! SO. That’s what I’m doing and I’m gonna stick to it. If I even THINK about going off track I want you all to yell at me, okay??
Today’s meal plan:
2 egg whites, 32 cals
1/2 can cut green beans, 30 cals
the other half of the can, plus 1 serving brown rice, around 200 cals
i feel like I can stick to this one better since I KNOW it works for me.
