Done with sgd, doing something different

Yayy no more braces!

So, I did pretty bad yesterday. & I’ve decided that I’m not gonna do the SGD anymore, I’m just gonna replace 1 meal a day with egg whites and another with some kind of vegetable (under 100 calories). Sounds dumb but it’s worked for me in the past when I was at my goal weight, and I maintained! SO. That’s what I’m doing and I’m gonna stick to it. If I even THINK about going off track I want you all to yell at me, okay??

Today’s meal plan:

2 egg whites, 32 cals

1/2 can cut green beans, 30 cals

the other half of the can, plus 1 serving brown rice, around 200 cals

i feel like I can stick to this one better since I KNOW it works for me.

SGD Day 8

Today’s amount is 400 calories.

I did okay this weekend with the 600, 750 calorie days. One day I just took nyquil and slept the whole day so I know i had less than that.

Weighed in today at 149.5. Still the same, but I know it’s because I haven’t been doing as well as I should.

Okay, so today.

Breakfast: Luna bar, 180 cals

Lunch: 2 rice cakes, 90 cals

Dinner, 1 pack of pirate’s booty corn puff things, 130 cals

so, all adds up to exactly 400!

MIGHT take some nyquil later though, and according to MyFitnessPal, it has 93 calories in 2 tbsp, (yikes!)

So we’ll see. I’ll probably do some POP pilates later just in case!

On a personal note, braces off tomorrow!!! And then a whole day of shopping with my momma! Can’t wait (:

Feeling bad about myself today…:/

I don’t feel good about myself today! I had some mcdonalds chicken last night & a DQ ice cream. Trying to do better today but had some soda & chips at subway. :(

Might just have some rice cakes or something the rest of the day!

Whole wheat bagel thins with cream cheese, around 200 cals

Soda from subway, 200(?) cals

Chips, 200(?) cals??

I dont know, but I’m doing pretty badly.

Use me as an example, don’t let your day go bad!!

Day 4 of SGD!

Allowance is 500 cals.

So far today, I’ve had:

Slimfast shake, 190 cals

Grilled chicken, 110 cals

Swedish fish -gave in- :/ - 150 cals

Later I’ll either have some egg whites which would be around 30 cals, or some tea, which is 0.

So, my final count will be 480/500, or 450/500 depending on which one I pick!

Not too bad! Might do some strength training later too.

Got on the scale this morning and it was at 149.5, down from 153 on tuesday! Almost 4 pounds in two days works for me (:
